Youwill:

Overseeprocedures for Repair Shop products and services including ski/snowboardtuning, major repairs and machinery maintenance. Bean advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe workingenvironment. Conductongoing training with Repair Shop staff to ensure consistent, quality repairsand service. Supervisethe Repair staff to ensure high levels of efficiency and output with anemphasis on guest service and sales. Assistin staff scheduling, orientation, training, and delegation of tasks. Providean exceptional level of customer service through direct interaction, sales andservice. Assistguests with sizing and fitting of appropriate rental equipment for comfort andsafety. Managelabor costs by assigning tasks and setting schedule for employees. Maintaininventory of shop tools and supplies. Maintainrental equipment and track maintenance history for gear. Ensuredocumentation for repairs is properly and completely processed, filed andarchived. Perform other duties as assigned.

You:

Have extensiveexperience with tuning and major repair of ski and snowboard equipment. Are familiarwith Wintersteiger machine operation, including base grinder, stone grinder andceramic disk edge finisher. Demonstrate basicknowledge of outdoor equipment, recreation, ski, or related retail shops. Have experiencewith ski and snowboard rentals, including waiver delivery and describing safeuse of equipment. Are proficientin MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Point of Sale (POS) applications. Have previousexperience effectively managing or supervising a team. Are passionate aboutmountain culture, skiing/snowboarding, and the resort environment.
