PHOTO POST-PRODUCTION AND MOTION GRAPHICS EDITOR

The photo post-production and motion editor will play a crucial role in enhancing and refining visual content, ensuring high-quality, consistency and aesthetically pleasing images. This position involves utilizing creative and technical skills to edit, retouching, recolour, and optimize photos for various purposes, meeting the standards and requirements of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Edit and retouch images to meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Enhance visual appeal by adjusting color balance, exposure, and composition. Assess a production brief and understand and work with those requirements during pre-production through to design, production itself and final post Review and assess the quality of raw images and final edits to ensure consistency in visual style and adherence to established standards. Work closely with photographers, creative directors, and others on the Creative Services including 3D designers and graphic designers to achieve the desired visual outcomes by Incorporate feedback into the editing and retouching process.  Combine creative graphic design, video editing, three-dimensional animation to create motion graphic videos outputs. Utilize advanced software tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom for precise image editing and retouching. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance technical proficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Have a genuinely original approach, be able to create a new look, enhance the mood and feel of a production through the graphics Optimize workflow processes for increased efficiency without compromising on quality. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and provide constructive feedback and collaborate on continuous improvement Address challenges related to image quality, composition, and other visual elements creatively and effectively. Maintain a well-organized archive of edited and raw image files. Implement file naming conventions and storage protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years’ experience in photography, film production, media studies, or a related field (preferred). Consumer goods experience, a plus. High-end digital skills in post-production software and tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, After effect  Understanding of editing, animation and camera work as well as traditional forms of graphic design Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines in an organized process.
