About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Post Production Producer to join our team at Sid Lee. As a key member of our post-production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production while respecting the budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the assignment of projects according to priorities and the occupancy rate of internal resources (post-producer, coordinator, editor and motion designer) in collaboration with the Production Manager.
  • Production Oversight: Take responsibility for each stage of production (briefing, managing creative development of artists, involving the right stakeholders, follow-up, consolidating feedback, quality control, etc.).
  • Workflow Creation: Create appropriate workflows for each project.
  • Resource Management: Obtain briefing and necessary materials from the creative and production team, prepare cost estimates and schedules, and manage all stages of the post-production calendar.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage the relationship and interactions between internal artists (motion graphics or editors), agency producers, creatives, clients, and external partners.
  • Project Delivery: Successfully complete the project within the budget and schedule, ensuring satisfaction of the artists, creatives, and clients throughout the project.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the post-production coordinator in their tasks and research, schedule, and manage teams, suppliers, and freelancers.
  • Financial Management: Take responsibility for project administration and profitability (cost reports, hour tracking), handle invoicing and budget consolidation, and stay up to date with new suppliers, techniques, and trends in the industry.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in post production.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of post production, management experience, good understanding of agency production, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, autonomy, teamwork skills, good stress management, resourcefulness, and fluency in French and English.
