The Sales Consultant is responsible for interacting with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. This is done through phone calls, internet leads or customers that walk into our store. The goal is to do business with each and every customer more than once. The primary responsibility is to provide each customer with exceptional service. This is done through demonstrating thorough product and inventory knowledge with solid understanding of all automotive services available throughout the dealership.

Job Responsibilities:

Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer needsCreating a great vehicle delivery experience for the customerFollowing up with customers to ensure satisfactionProspecting through referrals and other creative approachesSetting and achieving targeted sales goalsGaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customersTransition customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experienceProviding an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty


Requirements:

Prior sales experienceProven ability to provide an exceptional customer experienceAbility to set and achieve targeted goalsOrganization and follow-up skillsExperience and desire to work with technologyValid drivers license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
