This is an on site position.
•Certificate or diploma in Human Resources Management.

•Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses).
•Conduct full cycle recruitment: prepare and post job opportunities, source candidates, schedule and attend interviews as required, complete reference checks and prepare letters of employment.
•Attract applicants by developing innovative sourcing strategies, identifying sources or applicants, advertising campaigns, establishing rapport with referral sources and creating informational materials for candidates.
•Assist in student co-op placements
•Attend Job Fairs as required
•Process employee movement within the organization (new hires, transfers, separations).
•Track temporary assignments within the organization.
•Policy review and development in partnership with the HR Director.
•Assist in negotiation preparation, grievance management and labour relations meetings.
•Prepare HR indicators/metrics as required.
•Ensure job descriptions and reviewed are updated.
•Coordinator of the Tuition Assistance Program .
•Complete monthly employee activity statistics
•Assist in completing and submitting various surveys.
•Pension and Benefit administration
•Assist in service recognition programs
•Track Excess Hours and Overtime Averaging documentation as required.
•Assists in providing interpretation of Collective Agreement to Managers and employees.
•Assist with the implementation of new HRIS system
