WHAT YOU’LL DO

Report to the Manager, Community Programs and Events Research, coordination and evaluation of special programs and projects, with a strong focus on supporting AMA’s upcoming centennial. Implement project plans within deadlines and budget. Source venues, products, and suppliers for programs and initiatives. Use KPIs to evaluate the success of projects and programs. Foster stakeholder relationships that help us deliver on programs that support our brand promise to treat people like practically family. Reporting, data, and inventory management to support fiscal responsibility. Help lead project teams to ensure alignment. Work with Corporate Purpose leadership team to understand and deliver on the vision for AMA’s centennial. Coordinate working groups to deliver on various province-wide initiatives related to the centennial.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

You have post-secondary education in program delivery, event management, public relations or a related field. You have a minimum four years of experience in program planning and administration. Project management experience a definite asset.
