L'opportunité
Au sein de l'équipe de Design Graphique, le Designer Graphique sera responsable du développement conceptuel, de la production, de la conception d'emballages et du développement de tous les aspects liés à la création d'œuvres pour des brochures, des publicités, des catalogues, des emballages et des applications web.
Ce que vous apporterez
Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en design graphique et production pré-presse. Diplôme collégial ou expérience équivalente. Compétences avérées dans l'exécution créative de publicités, de supports promotionnels et de documents de vente. Solides compétences en gestion du temps, respect des délais, conformité aux procédures, politiques et normes éthiques en milieu de travail. Un esprit créatif capable de trouver des solutions en peu de temps, faisant preuve de sang-froid en situations de travail sous pression. Maîtrise de Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word et Excel. Maîtrise d'Adobe Illustrator, InDesign et Photoshop. Connaissance de CSS3, HTML et des environnements PC et MAC. Capacité de retouche photo. Capacité à travailler dans des environnements à rythme rapide avec des délais serrés. Compréhension de ce qu'il faut pour créer un contenu convaincant. Maîtrise obligatoire de l'anglais et français. Compétences efficaces en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de transmettre des informations à divers publics internes et externes. Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe ou en tant que contributeur individuel.
Ce que vous ferez
Création et gestion des projets de conception graphique attribués par le Responsable Graphique et/ou le Responsable Marketing, ou leurs délégués. Tâches : travailler simultanément sur 5+ projets en fonction des besoins changeants Créer des éléments visuels, y compris des supports marketing, des emballages, des graphiques web, des infographies, des e-mails. Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour contribuer au développement de la marque, à la cohérence de la marque et à la mise à jour de la marque. Responsable de fournir une direction artistique et de donner vie aux concepts grâce au développement d'un concept de conception, d'un plan et d'une exécution pour offrir un contenu de haute qualité et innovant. Responsable de la préparation des œuvres finales pour l'impression.

The Opportunity
As part of the Graphic Design team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for concept development, production, packaging design and the development of all aspects of producing artworks for brochures, advertising, catalogues, packaging and web applications.
What You Will Bring
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and pre-press production. A college degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of practical experience in graphic design. Demonstrated expertise in creative advertising executions, promotional materials, and sales materials. Strong time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines, adhering to workplace procedures, policies, and ethical standards. A creative thinker who can generate solutions on short notice, maintaining composure in high-pressure work situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Familiarity with CSS3, HTML, and both PC and MAC environments. Photo editing capabilities. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Understanding of what it takes to create compelling content. Mandatory proficiency in French & English. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information to diverse internal and external audiences. Capable of working collaboratively within a team or as an independent contributor.
What You Will Do
Creation and management of graphic design projects as assigned by Graphics Manager and/or Marketing Manager or their delegates. Tasks: work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on changing needs Create visual assets including marketing materials, packaging, web graphics, infographics, email Work with the marketing team to assist in brand development, brand consistency, brand refresh Responsible for providing artistic direction and bringing concepts to life through the development of a design concept, plan and execution to deliver high quality and innovative content Responsible for preparing final artwork to print.
