As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will: 

Build and manage marketing campaigns across platforms from production, through testing and deployment, to reporting. This will include building assets such as; emails, landing pages, webinars, forms, segmentation, and dynamic content. Own end-to-end data flow per campaign ensuring data accuracy and consistency in marketing operations systems including legal requirements.Monitor and analyze campaign and program performance of lead generation initiatives, automated nurtures, conversion processes, and email batch campaigns to align with goals, success, and efficiency. Provide visibility and insights on campaign results with key stakeholders and recommend the best course of action to reach campaign goals.Help develop and maintain documentation, internal campaign playbook, and road maps for all processes that support campaign operations. Work across departments to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns.Be accountable within the Asana team workflows for MOPs related go-live website requirements (forms, webinar builds, testing, etc.).Use Asana as a work management tool to execute and track campaign requests. 

What YOU bring to the table: 

3+ years' experience as a Marketo power user.Working knowledge of CRM as an integrated platform, Salesforce.com preferred.Experience with work management software is a plus, Asana preferred.Experience with email data hygiene and legal compliance.Experience with marketing campaign analytics in Marketo / Salesforce.com.Confident in working with MS Excel, HTML, CSS. Data-driven, highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter.Strong bias for automation and machine-learning solutions for efficiency and performance.Experience executing B2B campaigns, managed in accordance with industry best practices.Organizational skills with ability to focus on details while handling a high workload.Familiarity with data management concepts, lead scoring, lead nurturing and demand generation reporting.
