Overview:
Alert Labs is seeking an individual to join our Manufacturing assembly team. With a formal electronics background, the successful candidate will support the product assembly process by assembling product as well as providing first level debug and repair support for fallout & field returns. The successful candidate will be one who is able to work independently as well as within a small team that feels more like a family. He/she will be organized, motivated and will bring a proactive methodology to all their tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years’ experience in a technical role(s) within an electronics manufacturing environment with experience in product assembly, product debug & product repair.

Responsibilities:
- Perform 1’st level Debug & repair of manufacturing line fallout
- Perform 1'st level analysis, root cause identification & disposition of field returns
- Coordinate with US based 3’rd party to ensure timely processing of US based product returns
- Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments to and from US based 3’rd partyto support US based distribution
- Support production lines with basic level technical support for equipment andapplications
- Perform PCB assembly level solder repairs/reworks in support of development& production needs
- Project management tasks - product reworks, co-ordination of smaller manufacturing related projects that need a champion
- As urgent business needs dictate, assemble products in support of business priorities


Skills/Education:
- Post-Secondary education with electronics focus
- Previous electronic product debug & repair experience including PCB level solder skills
- Ability to manage small projects with multiple actions and priorities.
- Analytical thinker with good attention to details
- Excellent Initiative and able to work independently
- Excellent Communication skills & ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional groups
