About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Precision Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at JobCart Inc in Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing. They will interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precise assembly of tools and dies, operate machines such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC equipment, and conduct tests to ensure tooling meets specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Operate machine tools and CNC equipment
  • Conduct quality control tests
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker
  • Strong understanding of tool and die manufacturing techniques
  • Proficiency in operating machine tools and CNC machinery
  • Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
