Position Summary
Application of electronic components and systems. Topics include loadcontrol through active components, operational amplifier applications in
amplifier, decision making and filtering applications. Switched mode and
linear voltage regulation, power supply components, systems and safety,
low frequency amplification. Concepts are presented in a design rich
environment. Position Requirements A minimum of a Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree with a P.Eng. designation. Applicants will have related experience appropriate to the content in the course description as listed above. Previous teaching experience at a post secondary educational institution is an asset. Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills. Submission of a one page statement of teaching philosophy as it relates to the course.
