As our newest you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This position is a full-time, permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Friday. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic Checking patients both in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties Administering pre-testing services Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

What Do You Bring?
