Le Graduate Program a pour objectif de proposer aux jeunes talents une expérience au sein du Groupe afin d’acquérir les compétences professionnelles nécessaires pour devenir manager au sein du Groupe.

Rejoindre le Graduate program, c’est l’opportunité de vivre une expérience unique en étant au cœur des enjeux opérationnels et business de la filiale qui vous intègre. Pendant une année vous serez accompagné(e) par un mentor qui contribuera au développement de votre expertise. Vous interviendrez sur différents sujets tels que la relation avec le client contractuel et la relation avec les équipes opérationnelles. Votre persévérance, votre engagement et votre expertise vous amèneront à occuper des postes de responsabilité après la durée de la formation.

Perfil

Critères d’admissibilité

En sortie immédiate d’école (depuis moins de deux ans) ou après quelques années d’expérience ET souhaiter vous spécialiser ou découvrir l’environnement du catering aérien au sein d’un poste à responsabilité. Formation en hôtellerie, supply chain, ingénieur agro, école de commerce, finance… Le goût du challenge, l’engagement, la capacité à apprendre et à entreprendre. Maitrise du français et de l'anglais
