As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads through telesales efforts. A telesales representative, also known as an inside sales representative or phone sales representative, plays a crucial role in driving revenue and promoting products or services over the phone. Here's a description of the typical responsibilities and duties of a telesales representative:

1. Conduct Outbound Calls: The primary responsibility of a telesales representative is to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers or leads provided by the company. They may also follow up on inquiries or leads generated through marketing campaigns.

2. Pitch Products or Services: Telesales representatives are responsible for delivering persuasive sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services offered by the company. They must effectively communicate the unique selling points and address any objections or concerns raised by the prospects.

3. Qualify Leads: Telesales representatives need to qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for making a purchase. They use probing questions to gather relevant information and assess the prospect's potential as a customer.

Requirements
