Weare seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to support our clientin the Mining and Metal industry. The successful candidate willprovide human resource support to leaders and employees includingcoaching on the application of HR systems. This role ensures thefair and consistent application of HR policies procedures andprocesses and assists in identifying key issues and solutions toenhance peopleeffectiveness.

Whatis in it foryou:

Hourly salary of $44 to $47 based onexperience.
10month contract:parental leave replacementposition.
Fulltime position:37.50 hours per week.
Hybridwork: Inoffice presence required 23 days perweek
Flexible schedule with somemeetings across time zones

Responsibilities:

Provide human resource support to Human Resource Business Partnersleaders and employees within the clientgroup.
Assist in implementinghuman resources programs and policies within thebusiness.
Support leaders andHuman Resource Business Partners with operational projects andrecurring annual activities such as salary review talent review andperformance management.
Advise onhuman resources policies and procedures employee relationsperformance labour and regulatoryissues.
Provide feedback onpolicies procedures and programs toAoEs.
Coach leaders to supporteffective workplace relationships and increase skill level inemployee management.
Developskills and provide advice support and coaching in the use of humanresources systems (e.g. remuneration/benefits performancemanagement).
Conductinvestigations into breaches of policy andprocedure.
Lead special projectsand other initiatives (e.g. employee engagement performance andcapability improvement attraction and retentioninitiatives).
Identifyimprovement initiatives in human resourcesprocesses.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:

Bachelor s degree in a relatedfield.
CHRP certification is anasset
3 years of experience in asimilar role.
Experience withWorkday is an asset.
Experiencein the mining and metal industry or a largeorganization.
Bilingual inEnglish and French (spoken andwritten).
