Job Description
Facilitation and guidance for scrum teams in adoption of agile processes Creation of standard operating procedures Assist with setting and measuring KPI’s and performance metrics Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines Creation of project plans and sprint documentation Identify and remove team obstacles Facilitation of standard ceremonies Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback Communication of project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
Qualifications
Hold a university degree in a field related to IT Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Certification in Agile methodologies Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps
