About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Talents LGS. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects that propel our clients' businesses forward and improve people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate all Agile ceremonies, including iteration planning and review, retrospectives, demos, and daily ceremonies.
  • Coordinate external team needs with other Scrum Masters and ensure that Agile practices are applied within the team.
  • Report bottlenecks to Scrum de Scrum and monitor their resolution.
  • Support the Product Owner in setting up the product backlog and organizing and planning their work.
  • Monitor and report on the team's progress and help and support the team in preparing the Big Room Planning.
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years' professional experience in the IT field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' professional experience as a Scrum Master in the IT field.
  • Experience on large-scale AGILE projects.
  • Experience on ERP implementation projects (either SAP or other) (important asset).
  • Mastery of Agile team processes (Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile...).
  • Mastery of event facilitation techniques (iteration planning, daily scrums, demos, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Good understanding of product and team backlog management.
