We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects that propel our clients' businesses forward and improve people's lives.

As a team member, you will be at the heart of collaborative large-scale digital transformation projects in both the public and private sectors. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices and processes.

Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and coordinating Agile ceremonies
  • Ensuring Agile practices are applied within the team
  • Reporting bottlenecks to Scrum de Scrum and monitoring their resolution
  • Supporting the Product Owner in setting up the product backlog
  • Monitoring and reporting on the team's progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Scrum Master certification
  • At least 3-5 years' professional experience in the IT field
  • At least 3-5 years' professional experience as a Scrum Master in the IT field
  • Experience on large-scale Agile projects
  • Experience on ERP implementation projects (SAP or other)
