Job Location:

Chennai (should be willing to travel to Dubai frequently)Experience: 6 to 8 years in EBS HRMS (Payroll and PMS )
Joining Time: Immediate

Primary Skill :

Must have minimum 6 yrs. of relevant experience on Oracle EBS HRMS modules - PMS and Payroll. Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Maintenance Projects. Experience in working on Other modules will be added advantage – PMS, Talent, i-Rec, etc.

Must Have skill :

Strong Functional Skills on EBS HRMS on R12 - Core HR, Payroll, PMS and Talent Modules. Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if required. Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication. Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences. Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (PMS, Payroll). Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution. Should be able to handle and support the teams Excellent communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives. Should have sound knowledge on Techno-functional Skills.
