Product Manager – Info-Tech Research Group Join the team as a Product Manager at Info-Tech Research Group and help drive innovative advisory products and transformational research solutions. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced product manager with a demonstrated track record in launching and managing digital and/or knowledge-based products for a high-growth, technology company. Role As a key founding team member in our Product function, you will own end-to-end product ownership, support product vision and strategy, and contribute to our overall product roadmap. You will influence the future of our clients, team members, firm, industries, and the IT practice. Responsibilities Full ownership of two to three core products across their lifecycle, including launch, optimization, refresh, and end‑of‑life strategies. Make informed decisions on trade‑offs between scope, schedule, and resources. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products. Monitor ongoing product performance and assess market impact. Create business plans outlining market opportunity, value propositions, competitive assessments, and product/offering requirements for new products. Nurture relationships with key customers and partners. Balance quick iterative wins with long‑term structural improvements to execute the evolving product roadmap. Identify opportunities through cross‑functional idea generation, review the product portfolio, and pivot in scenarios of underperformance. Act as a product evangelist across the firm, clients, and the IT practice to expand product culture. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in product management, product marketing, consulting, or a technology‑related field. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Experience working across cross‑functional teams to deliver products and projects. Highly collaborative style with proven stakeholder management in a fast‑paced environment. Obsession with customer problems and solution development. Excellent client‑facing presentation skills and ability to present complex information clearly. Experience training internal teams for product go‑market, particularly sales, support, and customer success. Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a highly flexible, rapidly changing environment. Flexible, open mindset with evidence of strategic thinking, creativity, and vision to drive growth. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and strong sense of urgency. Growth‑minded. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study. MBA highly desirable. Language skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German preferred.
