The Data Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing data engineering solutions and generating reports based on the needs of the business. This will involve working with stakeholders to understand their data needs, designing and implementing data pipelines, building reports and dashboards, and using a variety of software tools to extract, transform, and load data. This role will also involve optimizing data architecture and environments like SQL Server and cloud-based solutions such as AWS Redshift or MS Azure.

This role will focus on:

- Designing and implementing data pipelines to support reporting and analysis
- Developing dashboards and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
- Managing and maintaining databases and data pipelines
- Providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Optimizing data warehousing architecture and environments like AWS Redshift/S3 or MS Azure
- Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities
- Modeling data and designing schemas

**YOU HAVE**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics or a related field
- Proven working experience as a data analyst with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Highly proficient in SQL, Python, and RDBMS such as SQL Server
- Experience with tools like PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, and SSMS
- Experience with cloud-based data engineering solutions such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of data warehousing architecture and environments like AWS Redshift/S3 or MS Azure
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and set priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing environment

**YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE**:

- Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics)
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster products, specifically Archtics and the Host
