Your Impact Lead strategic growth: Build and strengthen client relationships across water markets to advance WSP’s ambitious growth objectives in Alberta. Deliver complex projects: Oversee planning, design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Champion technical excellence: Act as Project Director on major assignments, ensuring rigorous standards and innovative solutions. Collaborate nationally and globally: Integrate expertise from WSP’s water teams and global delivery network for holistic solutions. Mentor and inspire: Develop high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. The Skills That Set You Apart 15+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including 7+ years in leadership roles. Eligible for registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta. A track record of growing business and building trusted client relationships in Alberta. Proven ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary projects and portfolios with strong financial acumen.
