Operations Manager – Water Softener Edmonton (On-Site, Full-Time)

Residential Water Treatment | Scheduling | Warehouse & Field Operations

Water Softener Edmonton is one of Alberta's fastest-growing water treatment companies. We install hundreds of water softeners, RO systems, iron filters, UV systems, and well-water solutions every year — and we're scaling fast.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, streamline workflows, support the sales team, manage technicians, and improve installation efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily installation schedules for in-house installers and subcontractors
  • Prepare job kits (softeners, RO units, filters, fittings) and ensure readiness
  • Oversee warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Coordinate with suppliers, compare pricing, and track delivery timelines
  • Ensure vans are fully stocked each week with required tools and parts
  • Assign and follow service tickets (pressure issues, RO filters, troubleshooting)
  • Implement SOPs, improve workflow efficiency, and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Provide weekly operational updates to ownership

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years' experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home services operations
  • Strong scheduling, inventory, and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using CRM and operations tools (GHL CRM, Google Sheets, dispatch systems)
  • Experience with water treatment systems (softeners, RO, filtration) is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
