Customer Success Manager (CSM) - SAP Academy for Customer Success - Toronto (HYBRID) Join SAP's SAP Academy for Customer Success program. This role focuses on guiding customers throughout their journey with SAP's cloud solutions, driving satisfaction, renewals and upsells. Who You’ll Become The CSM works directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with our solutions. They increase customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned solution portfolio. The CSM oversees key customer milestones throughout the lifecycle, from deal signature through system provisioning, monitoring implementation progress, and business case achievement. The CSM serves as the strategic point of contact for the customer within the assigned portfolio and leverages appropriate resources across SAP functions to maintain overall customer health. What You’ll Do Successfully complete a 10-month learn‑apply program, including classroom and field phases that enhance your support in the CSM role. Immerse yourself in multi‑dimensional experiential learning focused on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process. Enhance skills around your solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization. Receive onboarding in your local market with on‑the‑job training and mentoring by a senior CSM professional. CSM Focus Areas SAP Finance & Spend Management – knowledge in accounting, procurement, and supplier management. SAP SuccessFactors – core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience. SAP Supply Chain Management – supply chain, asset management, manufacturing, logistics. SAP Customer Experience – e‑commerce, sales, customer service, marketing. SAP Business Transformation Management – BPM/BPA. SAP Business Technology Platform & SAP Business Data Cloud – database, analytics, application development, AI integration. What You Bring 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation in consulting or account management. Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long‑term value. Strong escalation and problem‑resolution skills ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity. Cooperative, productive approach to working relationships internally and externally. Quick learning, adaptability, and application of new concepts. Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics. Resilient mindset, optimism, and growth orientation. Strong business acumen and knowledge of processes or industries. Proficiency in English.
