We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.


Role Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales opportunities with businesses and organizations in need of first aid training or related services. You will work independently to achieve sales targets and earn commissions based on successful sales outcomes.


Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new prospects and opportunities.

Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our first aid training programs.
  • Customize presentations based on client needs and preferences.
  • Use effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Create and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM & Sales is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English, bilingualism is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
