About the Job In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of a commercial and residential property portfolio in the Greater Montreal area. You will handle lease documentation, tenant inquiries, and financial tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Position Overview As Property Administrator , you will manage lease records, process tenant requests, and assist with financial reporting. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate lease and tenant records in Yardi . Process tenant requests and coordinate with property managers. Prepare and review invoices, statements, and reports. Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring. Ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies. Support construction and maintenance coordination. Provide administrative support to property management team. Desired Candidate 3+ years of experience in property administration or related role. Proficiency in Yardi is mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills. Bilingual (French & English) , written and spoken. Detail-oriented and proactive. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary up to $65K , based on experience. Group insurance plan.
