CareCru is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering exceptional experiences for our users, and their patients.


Reporting to the CTO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Customer Success) to discover customer needs, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of new product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research (ie. user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand customer requirements
  • Define and maintain a product backlog aligned with business goals and user needs
  • Effectively communicate the "why" with stakeholders across all levels, including executives, engineers, designers, and customers
  • Create and prioritize tasks in the backlog with clear and concise requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, adoption rates, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the dental and SaaS space
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager managing SaaS products
  • Proven experience in continuous discovery, competitive analysis, and managing product backlogs
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams, including Design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience working with dental practice management software or in the dental industry is a strong plus
