**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- **ERP Management**: Oversee the use of the Monday platform to track project progress, allocate tasks, and update timelines.
- **Shop Flow Management**: Coordinate the movement of jobs through the shop to maintain efficiency and order.
- **Team Communication**: Serve as the communication hub, providing clear guidance on project priorities to staff and fostering collaboration across teams.
- **Resource Location**: Ensure tools, materials, and resources are available and properly allocated to meet project needs.
- **Hands-On Problem Solving**:Step in where needed to address production challenges, demonstrating a willingness to get involved in shop-floor tasks.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- A diploma or degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in place of formal education.
- PMP certification/Training in Lean Manufacturing processes are considered assets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to coordinating projects and hands-on experience with tools.
- Proficiency with the Monday platform or similar ERP software is an asset; a willingness to learn is required.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to clearly communicate priorities and expectations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Competence in using computer-based systems for project tracking and workflow management.
- A proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and hands-on work environment.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
