Your role Lead water and wastewater process design team in preliminary and detailed engineering design packages including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Work on pumping stations, tanks, or reservoirs for process design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to prepare engineering design packages. Manage projects to ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget. Participate in water and wastewater proposal preparation and business development activities. Lead, guide, and mentor intermediate and junior staff. About You Holds a university degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related training. Is registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC or eligible for registration. Has at least 10 years of relevant experience. Has proven expertise and advanced knowledge in pumping and treatment technologies and is recognized as a technical leader. Is familiar with municipal and provincial design standards in British Columbia and other Canadian provinces.
