Technical Business Analyst (Corrigo) – JLL Apply for the Technical Business Analyst (Corrigo) role at JLL. What does this job involve? Provide technical and project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan) Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process Elicit and clearly document technical business and systems requirements Potential issue/ risk identification and resolution. Identify scope creep Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams, Presentations, System Demos and Reports for the different vertical and horizontal solutions Participate in the scoping of proposed enhancements, and work with Delivery Managers, Team Leaders, and Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications Build relationships and influence decision making Responsibilities Create technical designs and solutions towards project deliverables Architect complex multi‑tier technology stacks and development blueprints for the execution team Interact with customers and explain overall solution and its impact on the prospects/customers business drivers Create specifications for each release and enhancement; work with development staff to develop enhancement in a timely fashion Anticipate and prevent common errors; test enhancements pre‑ and post‑development to ensure system meets end user needs, meets specifications and is error free; assure quality control including regularly updating procedures Gather feedback from stakeholders for future enhancements and ways to increase timeliness, accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness; act as liaison between project stakeholders to correct bugs in systems and follow up with end users Provide training and functional support as needed Mitigate risk while managing tasks, resources, and changes Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines Develop and execute test scenarios End‑to‑end – implementation of technology for our client accounts Create data templates / train account team Guide end users to complete the data template Validate data & correct it in partnership with the account team Data upload & system configuration User management – user creation, authorization & role creation/mapping Develop user guides & update Develop process documents & update Conduct internal testing of the configuration done in the application Employment Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Business Development and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
