Vue d’ensemble du poste Coordonner les opérations sportives, gérer la logistique des compétitions, soutenir les bénévoles et les équipes sportives de la Finale, et veiller à la conformité et à la sécurité de l’événement. Responsabilités Planifier, coordonner et assurer la mise en œuvre de la programmation sportive sur 8 jours Évaluer les besoins en matériel sportif, emprunter ou acheter le matériel manquant Planifier et diriger les visites techniques des plateaux sportifs et faire les suivis nécessaires pour assurer leur conformité Coordonner les horaires de compétitions sur l’ensemble des sites Élaborer et appliquer des plans de contingence pour prévenir et gérer les risques pendant la Finale Effectuer un suivi budgétaire rigoureux et veiller à l’utilisation optimale des ressources Servir de personne‑ressource auprès des fédérations sportives, des associations, des partenaires et des bénévoles pour garantir une organisation fluide Organiser et participer à des rencontres avec les responsables sportifs, les comités de travail, les chefs de mission et les bénévoles Volet ressources humaines Participer activement au recrutement d’employés et de bénévoles Superviser, soutenir et encadrer les bénévoles et les employés sous sa responsabilité Profil recherché Capacité à mobiliser des gens autour d’un objectif commun Aisance informatique : Microsoft 365, Intelligence artificielle Excellentes connaissances du milieu sportif et de l’organisation d’évènements Proactif, diplomate, centré sur le mode solution, sensible au développement durable Ce que nous offrons Défi unique avec une équipe stimulante, complémentaire et visionnaire 35h / semaine, horaire flexible Emploi contractuel d’une durée d’environ 2 ans 3 semaines de vacances par année dès l’embauche 2 semaines de congé pendant les fêtes 8 congés fériés payés et 2 congés personnels payés 60000$/année Langues: Français parlé et écrit - Élevé Director, The Redwoods Golf Course Reporting to the Operating Director, the Director will oversee daily golf course operations, managing Golf Operations, Driving Range, Lessons, Pro Shop, Marketing, Events and Sales, Course Operations, and Maintenance. Position Overview Requires a proven leader with strong business acumen, financial management expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of Canadian golf operations, regulations, and industry best practices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Direct all aspects of golf course operations, including the driving range, maintenance, clubhouse operations, pro shop, and events Coordinate all clubhouse operational needs with TFSE’s Food and Beverage and Merchandise departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a quality guest experience Develop and execute events and public programming in alignment with TFSE’s overall business objectives Collaborate with leadership to prepare and manage annual operating and capital budget Provide leadership, coordination and direction in all areas of the golf course Establish performance expectations and address performance issues while fostering a positive work culture and environment Monitor revenue streams and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost control Develop and implement long‑term strategies for course improvement, growth, and sustainability Implement and uphold NGCOA Canada best practices for sustainable and efficient facility operations Work collaboratively with TFSE leadership on strategic initiatives and business decisions Lead all frontline service operations as the primary point of accountability for all public‑facing interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high‑quality guest experience at every touchpoint Other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Proven leadership and team management skills Knowledge of golf operations, course maintenance, tournament management, and hospitality Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities Strong analytical skills and business sense Problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Demonstrated budget management experience Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and golf management systems (e.g., Club Prophet, Lightspeed Golf) Willingness and ability to work a flexible work schedule based upon golf course and event schedules Qualifications Minimum five to seven years of progressive management experience in golf or hospitality operations Completion of post‑secondary education in a discipline such as Business Administration, Sport or Hospitality Management, or other related discipline Willingness to complete a Police Information Check Valid Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification, or equivalent, will be required to be maintained during employment PGA of Canada Class “A” designation preferred, but not required A resume detailing your skills and experience Any additional information outlining your specific interests and abilities that attract you to this specific opportunity with TFSE Benefits Position will remain open until filled Open to all applicants; only selected candidates will be contacted for interview #J-18808-Ljbffr
