**Morgan Creek** is a spectacular South Surrey public golf course that offers a private golf club experience to our guests.
We are currently looking for a Front of BANQUET SERVER & BARTENDER to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive with the attitude to service guests in a positive and caring mood
- Check the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to familiarize yourself with the details of the event
- Ensure the room is ready for the event and details needed including set up
- Promote teamwork by having an awareness of other guests needs
- Ensure water, coffee / tea, wine (where applicable) is topped up, as per the event order
- Clear tables at appropriate times
- Ensure opening and closing bar inventory and cash float is accurate
- Ensure that the bar is ready at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time
- If you are running low on a specific product, advise the team for assistance
- Ensure that the bar is left clean and the ice well is emptied, cash-out is completed and correct
- Following each event, everything required is ready for the following BEO
- Ensures the banquet room is left tidy after an event or that the room is re-set for the next function
- Put all dirty linen away in linen bags and take bags to the basement for pick up, and recycling is complete

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Serving it Right Certification required
- Multitasker / team player
- Availability is consistent with peak and non-peak times

The position is part-time permanent.
Based on event bookings a flexible schedule is required. Weekday/daytime availability is a requirement.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
