The Grocery Administration Manager is an integral role within the Freson Bros. - Hinton Valley store and Freson Bros. company. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of progressive retail administration management experience Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A passion for leading and developing others Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (mornings, weekends and holidays) Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
