Business System Analyst Location Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration 12+ Months Daily Responsibilities Gather, document, and manage Functional and Non-Function business requirements from key Stakeholders Facilitate meetings with business and development teams Project Planning and Management Create Low-res mockups of reports Perform qualitative and quantitative UAT and UI validation against business requirements Pull data from MS SQL to validate business metric logic and aggregations against Tableau reporting Manage French translations via 3rd-party vendor Metric definition documentation Prepare launch communications Must Have Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst 3+ years’ experience collecting and documenting business requirements 2-3 years of experience on working with data/reporting projects 2-3 years of experience with database and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL) 2-3 years’ experience with functional testing/data validation 1-2 years project management (as an asset) Nice to Have Skills 2-3 Years experience working for Financial Institutions with Commercial CBAP certification Professional Scrum Certified PMP Certification Kanban training Jira and Confluence Experience Experience with Intelligent Design Experience with webpage/graphic design Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
