Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with business partners / technology / project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.Job Title: Business Systems AnalystContract Duration: 6+ monthsLocation: Onsite Toronto 4 days a week.Job DescriptionPrimary purpose of the Role:Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical / functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks. Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with business partners / technology / project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.Key AccountabilitiesWork closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts, Enterprise/Solution Architects, to translate high level solutions into detailed requirements for downstream System Analysts, Solution Designers, and DevelopersBuild consensus and compromise between teams to resolve conflictsDrive the creation of various integration documents including Source to Target mapping, Business Processes flow, and Support Processes flowDrive the creation of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
