What Success Looks Like Revenue Growth: Demonstrated impact on Narvar Secure revenue through product-led initiatives and funnel optimization. Rapid Merchant Activation: Increased volume and velocity of new merchant launches through scalable self-serve onboarding. Higher Attach Rates: Ongoing improvements in conversion driven by UX experimentation and A/B testing. Expanded Platform Support: Broader 3rd-party integration coverage that reduces lift for retailers and increases market reach. Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience with proven delivery of revenue-driving features. Deep understanding of ecommerce and merchant workflows. Strong technical intuition; comfortable managing integrations and backend complexity. Demonstrated success optimizing UX and improving conversion rates. Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using insights to guide roadmap decisions. Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience owning buy path ecommerce flows. Comfort with data tools like SQL, Looker, or similar. Background in shipping, insurance, or risk-related fintech products. Familiarity with insurance operations such as claims or compliance. Experience with transactional or add-on revenue models. Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or BigCommerce. Track record of building and managing third-party integrations.
