Position Overview Position Title: CAN - IT - IT Analyst IV - Technical Support -TDJP Start Date: ASAPDuration: 1 yearExtension possible: depends on budget, business needsConversion Possible: Not likely, but not a definite noBusiness Unit: 4 - FCRM, Canada Work Location Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Onsite – 2 days currently, 4 days on site in the New YearAnchor Days (if applicable): Monday and Thursday (mandatory)Address: 79 Wellington Street West, Toronto Scope of Project access management Years of Experience 8+ years Stakeholder Interaction Internal and external (within Client and vendor) – 100% SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications which will include reviewing access request form, communicating with requesters, access provisioning, validating access provisioned is correct, retaining evidence for audit. Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs. is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must. Good oral and written communication skills is essential. MUST HAVE Application support experience Access provisioning experience Experience report running Proficient within Excel (macros, vlookups) Soft Skills Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) Nice to Have SQL experience (run queries) AML experience PowerShell experience (run queries) Prior banking or financial experience experience Disqualifiers Candidate MUST come in TWICE a week in the office, 4 days at some point in the New Year.1. someone who only wants remote work as on-site will be mandatory and monitored.
