At GSW, we blend creativity and technology to design for web, mobile, AR/VR, and emerging platforms—while keeping craft and detail at the heart of everything we do. In this role as Experience Designer , you’ll work on meaningful print and digital projects that make a real impact in health and wellness while pushing creative boundaries and honing your craft. This role will support our GSW Santa Monica office so must be willing to work PST hours. What You’ll Do: Design engaging digital and print experiences for healthcare campaigns Create concepts, prototypes, and animations that bring ideas to life Collaborate with UX, developers, and copywriters for seamless execution Present your work and communicate the “big idea” clearly What We’re Looking For: Pharma agency experience a plus or working in other regulated markets Strong craft skills and attention to detail in both digital and print Proficiency in Adobe Suite, XD, Sketch, FIGMA; animation tools like Principle or Lottie Bonus: 3D design (three.js) or Unity experience Must have portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design skills and a strong commitment to craft and detail Benefits: Competitive compensation package Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Company match 401k Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time At GSW, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
