We care, we’re honest, and we hustle—that’s what makes us Clutch. Clutch is looking for an experienced Experience Designer for a client of ours. Responsibilities Design and execute user‑centric digital experiences for a wide array of media, including web, mobile, wearables, and XR (VR/AR). Develop concepts, detailed prototypes, and motion graphics to communicate interactive design solutions effectively. Craft visual components, navigation systems, and interface elements, ensuring the final product delights the user. Collaborate with UX, copywriters, and developers to guarantee seamless execution and technical feasibility. Tailor digital campaign designs specifically for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patient/consumer audiences. Present and articulate the core creative vision to internal teams and manage design revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Build, organize, and maintain efficient digital design systems and component libraries (e.g., in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD). Contribute to design iterations by incorporating feedback derived from feature testing and user studies. Utilize knowledge of design theory, typography, and brand identity to maintain consistency in all digital outputs. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in digital design or user experience (UX) design. Expert-level proficiency with modern digital design tools, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with animation and prototyping software (e.g., Principle, Spline, FigJam, Lottie). Experience designing for 3D environments (e.g., three.js). Knowledge of the Unity platform is considered a bonus.
