This is a hybrid role; collaboration with the creative team is required, with shooting in our Toronto office when needed. Responsibilities Drive the planning, shooting, editing, and production of video content for paid and organic channels Review creative briefs, develop storyboards, and plan production Ensure video content is optimized for performance and engagement across channels and iterate based on data while maintaining the Aviron brand, story, and creative strategy Iterate creative based on paid social results and team feedback Collaborate with the Creative, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to align content with brand story and strategy Employ advanced editing techniques to enhance video quality (color correction, sound design, motion graphics) Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software equipment (cameras, production equipment, edit systems) Scope and rent/purchase equipment as needed and build an in-house studio-style production setup Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5 years experience as a video producer, within DTC or e-commerce Strong knowledge of video equipment and shooting techniques Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar) A creative mindset with strong storytelling and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative environment What we offer $5,000 annual education allowance for development Unlimited Essential Days for planned or unforeseen events Employee Stock Ownership Plan Annual discretionary bonus Free rower, bike, or treadmill Team on-sites at the Toronto office twice a year 100% employer-paid benefits All the best tech, including a Mac laptop and large monitor We are an equal opportunity employer.
