The hours of work will be primarily Wednesday through Saturday (40 hours, day shift).Must possess an Interprovincial Millwright LicensePrevious maintenance experience in an industrial plant/manufacturing setting is an assetMust be able to learn computer-based maintenance softwareMust possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and organizational skills are essentialAbility to manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying prioritiesMust be able to work in a team setting with other tradesmen.Benefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
