Our client builds modern software for golf courses, private clubs, and hospitality operations, bringing together accounting, operations, point of sale, and member engagement into one powerful, integrated platform. We’re looking for someone who understands club accounting inside and out and wants to help other clubs get the most out of their technology. Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Work directly with club accounting teams to implement and configure accounting systems, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and budgeting tools Train and support end users, helping controllers, bookkeepers, and managers understand how to best use our platform Collaborate with our product and project teams to improve workflows and user experience based on real-world feedback Occasionally travel to client sites for training, configuration, and relationship-building Serve as the bridge between accounting and technology, translating accounting needs into software solutions About You Previous experience as a club accountant, bookkeeper, or controller at a golf course or private club (required) Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle accounting, from payables and payroll to budgeting and financial statements A natural communicator and teacher who enjoys guiding others through change Comfortable with technology and passionate about how systems can make clubs run better Experience with any club management, POS, or accounting software (Jonas, Northstar, Club Essentials, etc.) is a plus No formal accounting designation is required; practical experience and a service mindset matter most About the Job Full‑time position that is fully remote Opportunity to work with industry leaders and innovative technology solutions Professional development and growth opportunities A collaborative and supportive team environment How To Apply Please apply by clicking the “Apply Now” button below and follow the instructions to submit your résumé.
