Job Title: Resort Sales Manager (Commission-Only-Uncapped) Location: Ontario (Resort-based — Niagara-on-the-Lake, Muskoka/Huntsville, Parry Sound, Flamborough, Prince Edward County) Compensation: Commission-only (high earning potential) Role Type: Contract / Performance-based About the role We’re expanding our resort partner network across Ontario and are adding Resort Sales Managers to represent individual resort communities. This is a commission‑only, lifestyle‑driven role focused on helping families and retirees find a seasonal retreat — a true alternative to the urban pace. This is not an “order‑taking” position. You’ll own the process end‑to‑end. Responsibilities (end‑to‑end) Respond to inbound leads and manage follow‑up (calls, texts, email) Qualify prospects and book resort tours / showings Host on‑site showings and guide buyers through the lifestyle and community Present inventory, pricing, and purchase options clearly and confidently Manage sales, paperwork steps, and buyer communication through to close Keep CRM notes updated and maintain a clean pipeline Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve conversion and guest experience Success metrics Fast, consistent lead response and strong follow‑up habits High show rate (booked → attended) Strong buyer experience and steady conversions Professional communication, organized pipeline, and ownership mindset What we are looking for Proven experience in commission‑based or consultative sales (real estate, automotive, RV, home improvement, finance, hospitality sales, etc.) is preferred but not essential Comfortable working independently and being accountable to outcomes Strong communicator who can sell lifestyle with confidence and integrity Available for weekend showings and flexible scheduling in peak season Reliable transportation to your assigned resort location This role is not for everyone Commission‑only requires consistency, confidence, and follow‑through.
