What You'll Do: As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy. You will dive deep into Air Wise's policies and procedures, leveraging your knowledge to drive sales and expand our market presence. Your role will be dynamic, allowing you to work both independently and collaboratively with a talented team of engineers.

Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape and develop long-term business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through analysis, client interaction, and solution alignment.
- Propose and execute account growth strategies such as upselling, and cross-selling of additional products/services.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, quotes, and ROI-based business cases for account expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized campaigns and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Attend industry networking events to foster connections and build partnerships
- Monitor account performance metrics including revenue growth, renewal rates, and client engagement.
- Prepare and present regular account status updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
- Prepare technical and pricing proposals in timely manner
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide them with optimal solutions that best fit their applications
- Coordinate orders and delivery requirements with the factory
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and tactics.
- Coordinate shop drawings submission with AWSI's engineering team
- Leverage new and existing technologies to promote AWSI's growth and competitive edge
- Effectively manage sales pipeline to ensure targets are hit on a regular basis
- Work closely with team to communicate sales pipeline and plan for production demand
- Promote teamwork and good company morale; mentor and knowledge share with teammates
- Conduct yourself with the highest ethical standards
Qualifications & Education:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales
- Bilingual English/French a strong asset
- Strong knowledge in designing and manufacturing of custom air handling units
- Proficient background in HVAC fundamentals and knowledge of HVAC systems, gas & cooling
- Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with little supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to Travel
