Responsibilities:

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing, design, development, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve developing, leading and maintaining Android applications using Java/Kotlin, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality of the application.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of app developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals effectively using Android - Kotlin.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Mobile applications using Kotlin, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines, and writing documentation and maintaining unit test cases.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business

requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Ensure the quality of the code by adhere to best practices, code reviews.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kotlin.

• Strong understanding of Android frameworks such as Jetpack libs, RxJava, Coroutines.

• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs likes Retrofit, Dagger, Image-libs, Firebase and jetpack libraries,

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Should have good understanding of latest architecture and design patters as MVP, MVVM and MVI.

• Experience with of Git and other version control systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Android Application Development.

• Experience working on large scale multi-module apps.

• Experience with Payment Gateway integrations.
