Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Senior Technical Consultant Position: Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Senior Technical Consultant Duration: Long Term Contract Mandatory skills Peoplesoft Architect, design, and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and Success Factor using Integration Broker, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs. Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) We are seeking Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Senior Technical Consultants with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and to be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle PSFT HCM. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical At least experience of 2 projects in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2) Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout. Strong hands‑on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc. Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands‑on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents. Implement integrations between PeopleSoft and Success Factor using Integration Broker, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Thanks & Regards Burgeon IT Services LLC.
