The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and to be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle PSFT HCM.Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical At least experience of 2 projects in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2) Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM DomainStrong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout. Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc. Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents.Implement integrations between PeopleSoft and Success Factor using Integration Broker, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
