The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications and implement functional solutions. Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; design, document and implement functional solutions in PeopleSoft. Configure and maintain modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, SCM, or Campus solutions. Develop functional specifications for technical teams; perform system testing and coordinate UAT; support go-live activities.
