Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in leading the Inside Sales Team by providing guidance, training and performance feedback; promote company policies and procedures, and model company values. Operations Coordination Allocate and coordinate inside sales activities (e.g. order management, sales, customer services) and work with other departments to coordinate requests and resolve operational issues. Communication Maintain clear and effective communication & customer service with customers, management and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales Manage and process customer orders and quotes (phone, fax, email) with same‑day responses, ensuring accurate pricing, stock availability, and delivery requirements to ensure seamless transactions. Ensure follow up on open orders, quotations, and requests to maintain an updated order report. Build and maintain customer relationships by offering product knowledge and assistance. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Maintain in‑depth product knowledge, applications services and processes. Support team members and assist the order desk with phone and email customer care issues. These duties reflect the general details of the role but are not exhaustive. There may be tasks that are necessary to the job that are also required. Recommended Qualifications Knowledge/Skill/Ability Requirements Ability to consistently model Next’s core values and character expectations listed above. Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, and model Next values. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem‑solving & prioritization skills. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of plumbing systems and plumbing products is an asset. Experience & Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of Inside Sales experience. Valid Driver’s Licence. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Position requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high‑pressure situations calmly and effectively.
