**Responsibilities**:

- Leads Inside Sales efforts for park including but not limited to, lead generation and development for small business, preparing and creating ticket contracts, preparing routine correspondence, entering ticket orders, compiling information for reports, prospecting and creating marketing materials to be used as promotional items, supervising seasonal inside sales associates, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Works with ticket program, affiliate accounts and 3rd party resellers to manage programs including inventory maintenance such as completing re-orders and managing returns. Assists with set-up and testing of all group sales products and affiliate merchant stores.
- Responsible for assisting with reconciliation of account balances for group sales events and programs. Ensures catering invoices are accurate prior to client’s receipt and works with Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure proper billing for all Group Sales events. Responsible for end of season account and ticket reconciliation for all Group Sales accounts including coordinating barcode and ticket returns with clients, communication with park Finance/Corp AR regarding refund policies and procedures, as well as completing the refund process through credit card transaction or check/cheque requisitions.
- Independently completes a full review and analysis of Inside Sales each year including attendance, admission revenue, and catering revenue reports, individual client performance, trend analysis, and future business opportunities. As requested during operation provide daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for Inside Sales on a less granular level.
- Acts as part of the Sales team to assist and/or oversee catered event execution for the group sales department as well as manages and problems solves for all front gate guest concerns related to Group Sales tickets and programs.
- Collaborate sand communicates with leaders and guests across park, such as the immediate supervisor, other park managers, co‑workers, other Park employees, clients / potential clients, vendors, and the general public. Participates in park meetings as requested and serves as Marketing/Sales Division One of the Day as scheduled.

Qualifications:
Proven inside sales abilities in a related field

Minimum two years of experience with sales, special events & customer service

Prior experience supervising others an asset

Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Detail oriented; analytical ability; strong report writing skills

Must have strong judgment and listening skills and be an innovative problem solver

Proficient with Microsoft Office as well as experience with CRM Programs and Web Based Reporting Platforms

Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Must possess a valid Driver's License
